The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a such beautiful area, really close to Halong and the harbour and Vietnam. The room was both tidy and incredibly comfortable with jacuzzi bath as well as incredible view. Having a walk-in shower, dryers, and terry cloth bathrobes was a bonus.

Loved the "smartly designed" Family Suite with its 02 separate cabins. The Minosa Cafe was so luxurious, it made me feel like I was in a romantic lounge. The diverse beverage menu was a pleasant surprise, especially the "reasonably priced" cocktails and wines.

Didn't get to try the "state-of-the-art" navigation equipment and safety procedures because, well, who needs safety when you have rain and cold weather?

The units here come with a jacuzzi bath, which is a great feature for some relaxation. I also liked that they provided coffee and tea makers, a fridge, and glassware - very handy for making a quick snack or drink. The location is also convenient, being close to Halong Bay, the harbor, and a restaurant 😊.

The hotel was located close enough to Vietnam, Rita Cruise, and the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and professional all the time. Our rooms were neat and had central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. Sea view was a good bonus.

The food onboard was great, with buffet lunches and breakfasts, and a delicious a la carte dinner. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved having a balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. The activities were well-organized and enjoyable, especially the kayaking and swimming in the sea. We also loved the onboard facilities, including the pool, putting green, gym, sunbathing deck, and bar. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Rita Cruise. I would highly recommend Rita Cruise for an unforgettable experience.

The hotel provided an excellent service, ensuring that all my requests were fulfilled. The spa and wellness centre was top-notch, with exclusive amenities such as a sauna, steam room, full body massage, and foot massage. The outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, and the sun terrace had comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The restaurant had exceptional food, with a choice of special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area had a variety of drinks.

The hotel had an entertainment area, including karaoke, but it was quite loud, which could disturb guests looking for a peaceful atmosphere.

We had an excellent trip on Rita Cruise, from beginning to end. The staff was young, enthusiastic, and very attentive. The property facilities were superior to other options we researched. We were pleasantly surprised by the KTV room and enjoyed it, although we wish there were more up-to-date English songs. it was a great trip and we were satisfied with our cabin, the meals, and the cruise itinerary.

Great view from the room and amazing staff service. The food is good and there are lots of activities to choose from. The location is perfect, easy to get to tourist spots and shops. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the comfortable beds.

The bathroom facilities need improving. The cleaning service is not good and there was a bad smell in the hallway.

The friendly and professional staff ensured that we were well taken care of, making our visit truly relaxing and enjoyable. The highlight of our excursion was the private Mini Golf on the Top Deck, which provided endless entertainment for both kids and adults alike. We highly recommend the Rita Cruise's itinerary, which offered a perfect mix of adventure and serenity. The activities in-and-around Ha Long, such as visiting the picturesque Lan Ha Bay for swimming or kayaking at the enchanting Ba Trai Dao islet, added an extra touch of excitement to our family vacation.

For dads, it would be great to have longer and better-planned activities to fully maximize the experience for our children.
